The first steps of the process involve activities to see how you process and respond to scenarios. Are you a thinker or a doer. Do you often say yes, before thinking about saying no? What are the things that bring you the most comfort and joy?
Coaching is designed to help individuals reach their next steps, even those that have yet been determined. It gives you points on a map so that you can achieve your desired destination.
You need to want to change. Coaching requires time, energy and an investment in you. You get out of it what you put into it. It's like a book, you only gain the knowledge if you read it, not if you let it sit on the shelf and collect dust.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist, but not what you would discuss with a therapist. There are times in our journey together that it might be suggested you seek out additional help. The saying is what is said in our sessions stays in our sessions what is learned can be shared.
Your success depends on your commitment to the process. Yes, you need to do the work and sometimes it can be challenging but you have to trust the process. You'll leave with life skills that you can rinse and repeat. I recommendation a minimum of 9 months to a year with a follow up of 6-9 months. The first 3-6 months is spent on identifying things in your life that are no longer serving you. Learning how you process information and teaching you tools to use as guides along your way. Then you start applying them, life happens and you might initially respond with old patterns but begin to get a better idea of why this is happening and make additional shifts to achieve your desired goals. It's really about making micro shifts that are maintainable, then making more micro shifts once you are confident and able to maintain what you've learned and apply more.
